Who We Are - The First Global Students Social Network From Limpopo

Campus Linc is the world's first truly Global Social Network built exclusively for students — and proudly built from Mukula Village, Thohoyandou Town, Limpopo Province, South Africa. We are not Facebook, we are not LinkedIn, we are not Instagram. We are the platform where a high school learner in Mukula, a college student in California, a university student in London, a bursary seeker in Nairobi, and a researcher in India can meet, talk, study, and grow together in one place.

Our mission is simple but powerful: To break the borders between students worldwide and give every student equal access to information, opportunities, and community — starting from a village in Limpopo to the world.

Today, students struggle. They struggle to find trusted bursaries, to find accommodation, to find study partners, to find jobs, to find real friends who understand student life. Campus Linc solves this by bringing everything into one verified, global, student-only ecosystem, built with rural and global student perspective.

We are officially based in Mukula Village, Thohoyandou Town, Limpopo Province, South Africa — operating globally as a global service provider. Our servers serve students from USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Philippines, Indonesia, Brazil, Germany, France, and over 100+ countries every single day, but our heart is in Limpopo.

Thipandelwi Raymond Makhera

FOUNDER • CEO • LEAD DEVELOPER • FROM MUKULA VILLAGE

Thipandelwi Raymond Makhera is the sole founder, designer, developer, and builder of Campus Linc. He built the entire platform alone — from the first database table to the last pixel, from the login system to the global chat infrastructure, from the SEO architecture to the security layers — all from his home in Mukula Village, Thohoyandou, Limpopo. No team. No co-founder. No outside funding at the start. Just one young visionary from Limpopo with a laptop, a vision, and relentless obsession to build something that Africa and the world has never seen.

His story is the story of many students from villages: limited resources, big dreams, no connections, but refusal to give up. Growing up in Mukula Village, Thohoyandou, he experienced firsthand how hard it is for students from rural areas to find bursaries, accommodation, and genuine connections outside their own campus. While the world looks to Silicon Valley, he proved that a world-class global platform can be born in a village in Limpopo.

For months, he coded day and night in Thohoyandou — learning, failing, rebuilding — until Campus Linc was born in 2024. Today, as CEO, he still writes code, still answers support tickets, still talks to users, and still drives the vision: To make Campus Linc the largest and most trusted student network in human history — 100 million verified students worldwide, with roots firmly in Limpopo, South Africa.

Why Campus Linc Was Built - The Problem We Solve

The global education system is broken into islands. Each university has its own portal. Each country has its own bursary site. Each student is isolated on their own campus. There is no single home for all students worldwide — especially not one that understands rural and African students.

Thipandelwi Raymond Makhera from Mukula Village saw 5 major problems:
