Duration of the Learnership
Duration: 12 Months Full-Time Learnership Programme. This is a structured 12-month contract with both theory and practical workplace training. Location: Devland, Heidelberg, Midrand, Pretoria, Polokwane, Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein distribution centres. You will work Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 16:00, with shift rotation. Start date: 15 January 2027. You must be available for full 12 months and willing to work in cold storage warehouse.
Salary Stipend of the Learnership - How Much You Will Earn
Monthly Stipend: R6,200 per month + free lunch + overtime. Total value for 12 months: R74,400. Additional benefits include:

Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be South African citizen aged 18-34, unemployed youth
- Must have Grade 12 / Matric with English (40%+) and Maths or Maths Literacy (40%+)
- Must have clear criminal record and be medically fit for warehouse work
- Must be able to lift 20kg boxes and work standing for 8 hours
- Must not have completed same CCBSA learnership before
- Must have no work experience or less than 1 year experience
- Local community youth near CCBSA plant will have advantage
- Must have South African ID and bank account
