Apply via CSC portal http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/ with Agency Number. Need notarized highest diploma, transcripts, study plan 800 words, 2 recommendation letters, physical examination form, non-criminal record. Deadline varies embassy January and university March 2027. No application fee for most universities.
