Eiffel Excellence Scholarship 2026 posted today 18 September 2026 by French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. For top international students to study in France. No tuition covered but generous monthly allowance €1181 for masters and €1700 for PhD, plus travel, insurance, housing allowance, cultural activities. Priority fields engineering, sciences, economics, law, political science.
