Welcome international guests, check-in and check-out, handle bookings on Opera PMS system, concierge services, guest complaints, payments. Work in beautiful sea view lobby with international team. Qualifications Needed:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or Tourism preferred
- 1-2 years front office experience in 3-5 star hotel required
- Russian fluent + English fluent - German language is strong plus
- Knowledge of Opera PMS system, excellent grooming and smile
- Customer service oriented, able to work night shifts and weekends
