This is a full-time and part-time remote position open to applicants worldwide including South Africa, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, India, Philippines, Nigeria, Kenya and all other countries. Work from home training AI models and evaluating AI responses. No AI experience needed, training provided.
Salary Per Month
Salary: $2,500 - $4,500 USD per month (Approx R45,000 - R81,000 per month). $25 - $50 per hour depending on task and expertise.
Payment: Weekly via PayPal / Payoneer / Direct Bank

Job Description and Duties
As a Remote AI Trainer at Outlier AI, you will help improve AI models by providing human feedback and training data.
- Evaluate and rate AI model responses for quality and accuracy
- Write and rewrite prompts and responses to train AI
- Provide detailed feedback to improve AI understanding
- Check AI outputs for bias, safety, and helpfulness
- Work on various projects including coding, writing, math, and general knowledge
- Follow guidelines and meet quality targets
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or Bachelor's Degree is an advantage but not required
- Excellent English reading and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- No AI experience needed - Training provided
- Experience in writing, coding, math, or specific domain is a plus and pays higher
- Stable internet connection and laptop / PC for remote work
- Able to work independently from home worldwide
