Job Description and Duties

- Moderate social media pages and engage with customers
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions and feedback
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or higher qualification
- 1+ years experience in customer support or social media
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and customer support tools
- Strong problem solving and empathy skills
- Stable internet and laptop for remote work
