Salary Per Month
Salary: $1,800 - $2,500 USD per month (Approx R32,000 - R45,000 per month depending on exchange rate).
Payment: Monthly via Bank Transfer / Payoneer

Job Description and Duties
As a Remote Customer Support Officer, you will handle customer inquiries via live chat, email and phone. You will troubleshoot issues, process orders and returns, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Answer customer questions via chat, email and phone
- Resolve product issues and complaints professionally
- Process orders, refunds and warranty claims
- Maintain product knowledge and update CRM system
- Work in shifts to cover different time zones
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
- 1+ year customer service experience
- Excellent English communication
- Stable internet and laptop/PC
- Able to work remote independently
