Qualification Needed
Applicants must have Grade 12 / High School Diploma with Maths and Science. No university degree needed. Age 18-35, interested in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation. Basic English required, German is advantage but Siemens offers free A1-A2 German course during learnership. You must be willing to relocate to Berlin or be in EU. No prior factory experience needed — full hands-on training is provided by certified Siemens Meister instructors from day one with safety gear included.
