Qualification Needed
Applicants must have NCEA Level 2 / Grade 12 or equivalent. No university degree required. Age 18-34, good English, basic computer skills, and interest in coding, UX, or cybersecurity. You must be eligible to live and learn in Auckland or remote within NZ time zone. No prior tech experience needed — full coding basics, Python, web dev, and software development training is provided by Spark mentors. Today the cohort is doing Data Analytics Workshop building dashboards — you will learn same practical skills from week one with sticky notes and whiteboard collaboration.
