Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Hungary 2026 is Hungary Government's fully funded scholarship for Bachelor, Master, One-tier Master and PhD. It covers full tuition, monthly stipend HUF 43,700 (Bachelor/Master) and HUF 140,000 for PhD, plus dormitory placement and medical insurance for studies in Hungary Europe.

Eligibility - 90 Countries Including South Africa
Open to 90 countries including South Africa, Nigeria, India, Pakistan. Need high school for Bachelor, Bachelor for Master, Master for PhD. Age 18+ no upper limit. IELTS 5.5+ or TOEFL 72+ or English proficiency letter accepted. No application fee.
