Qualification Needed
Applicants must have Grade 12 / High School Diploma with Technical subjects. No degree required. Age 18-35, interested in automotive engineering, mechatronics, hybrid systems. Basic English required, Japanese N5 is advantage but Toyota provides free language training during programme. You must be willing to learn Kaizen continuous improvement and Safety First. Today's training is Hybrid System Fundamentals 2024.11.15 as shown on board — you will assemble real engine parts, learn Genuine Parts system, and use tablet 3D modeling as seen in image. No prior Toyota experience needed — full hands-on training by Toyota instructor with 研修生 badge.
