- Previous United Health Foundation scholarship recipients are also not eligible.

Eligible clinical health professions include nursing, physician assistant, pharmacy, dentistry, behavioral health counseling, clinical social work, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, maternal health, midwifery, primary care medicine, and other direct patient care fields. Students must be in the final phase of their education and training program.
