- Proof of residence: Emfuleni Local Municipality Utility Bill (certified copy) - this is specific to Emfuleni
- Parents or guardians proof of household income - latest payslips (certified) if employed, affidavit if unemployed
- Testimonial letter from your high school where you Matriculated
