What You Will Be Doing
As a Videographer Intern, your day will be exciting and never the same. You will:
- Film live theatre performances, rehearsals and behind-the-scenes content
- Edit promotional videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Assist in creating trailers for upcoming shows
- Manage and archive digital video footage
- Support the marketing team during events and media launches
- Learn professional lighting and sound setup for stage recording
Requirements and Qualifications
This internship is designed for unemployed graduates. You qualify if you have:
- National Diploma or Degree in Film and Television Techniques, Videography, Media Studies or related
- Knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
- A small portfolio – even student projects or YouTube videos are accepted
- Good eye for detail and creative storytelling
- Must be a South African citizen, aged 18-35
- Able to work evenings and weekends when shows are running
- No criminal record and good communication skills
